Redeem a code
Open the redemption page: https://app.reasontrail.ai/appsumo/redeem
For a dynamic link, use https://app.reasontrail.ai/appsumo/redeem?code={CODE}. Enter or confirm the code, sign in or create an account, and redeem. No payment card is required.
You can redeem additional codes on the same account up to the maximum stack of 4. A fifth code is rejected.

Existing subscriptions and refunds
- Existing accounts can redeem; Stripe subscriptions are not silently cancelled.
- When multiple sources exist, ReasonTrail applies the more generous effective limit for each capability.
- Refunded or revoked codes are removed from the active stack and entitlements are recomputed.
- If a refund lowers limits, existing customer data is not destructively deleted.
Troubleshooting
Invalid, already-redeemed, revoked and fifth-code errors are reported on the redemption page. If the code is valid but the account is not signed in, follow the sign-in link and return to the redemption page; the code is held only in the browser session and is never sent to analytics.
