ReasonTrail is shared, verifiable project memory for humans and AI. It keeps reviewed decisions, tasks, ideas, blockers, repository evidence and provenance available across sessions without making every private transcript shared.

Your first five minutes
- Create an account or sign in.
- Create or select a project and connect the repository that supplies its exact revision context.
- Open Settings → MCP clients and create a scoped token.
- Connect an MCP-compatible client, then ask for the relevant project context.
- Capture a session or source, review the proposal, and approve only what should become shared project memory.
What stays private
Raw conversations remain private to their owner. Only reviewed, project-scoped outcomes become shared knowledge, and every shared item retains provenance back to its source.
