ReasonTrail organizes project outcomes into decisions, tasks, ideas, blockers, resources and repository evidence. Each item has a project scope and source provenance.
- Conversations are source material and remain private to their owner.
- Proposals can be approved, edited, rejected or archived through review.
- Shared team memory is available only where the organization entitlement permits it.
- Exact repository revisions make context reproducible and expose stale evidence instead of silently reusing it.
Review before trust
Captured does not mean trusted. A reviewer decides what becomes durable project knowledge; an agent assertion alone cannot promote itself into the record.
