Plans and allowances
Standard plans, AppSumo lifetime entitlements and managed AI allowances are separate sources that are resolved by the organization. Managed AI stops when included credit is exhausted; ReasonTrail does not add automatic overage charges.
Analytics consent
Google Analytics is denied by default. It starts only after an explicit consent choice, the choice is persisted, and withdrawing consent removes Google analytics cookies. Analytics events contain page and funnel metadata only—not email addresses, AppSumo codes, project identifiers, private URLs, prompts or conversation content.
Data boundary
Private source conversations, organization membership and project authorization remain separate boundaries. Selected context may be sent to a configured provider when an organization enables AI, while provider credentials stay server-side.
